• 2004-2008 Armenian State University of Economics (Faculty of Finance) Accounting and Audit.
• 2009-2013, Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law (second major).
• 2014-2016: Master’s degree, Faculty of Finance and Credit, Gavar State University.

Work activity

• In 2008-2009, he was the director of “Kar-Hayk” LLC.
• From 2009 to 2011, he was an expert at the Economic and Accounting Expertise Department of the National Bureau of Expertise SNCO of the RA NAS.
• From 2011 to 2014, he was a tax inspector at the Yeghvard Tax Inspection Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
• In 2014-2015, he was a senior tax inspector at the Non-Production Sectoral Control Department of the Tax Inspectorate for Large Taxpayers of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
• In 2015-2016, he was a senior tax inspector of the Tax Inspection Control Department of the RA State Revenue Committee Center.
• In 2017, he was the Head of the Supervision Department of the Tax Inspectorate of the Lori Region of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
• In 2017, Deputy Head of the RA State Revenue Committee, Department No. 12 (Yeghegnadzor).
• In 2017-2018, Deputy Head of Department No. 1 (Arabkir) of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
• In 2021, Head of the Current Control Department No. 4 (Mashtots) of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
