Education

From 1980 to 1990   Learned by N. Graduated from K. Krupsaka  Secondary  School with a medal.

From 1990 ­ to 1995  ,  he studied­  physics at the   University of Yerevan­ with a red diploma with a  physical qualification.

1995- 1998  graduated  ­    from the Department of Physics of EPA  ­. The original part of the  project was  held in­ a joint institution of  nuclear research ­in Rd Dubna­  and the final part of the  ­ institute of  physics ­in Yerevan,  Armenia, in 1999, ­ from the  sidelines of the Armenian High ­Quality Commission ­to the  National Academy of  Sciences ­  As part of ­  the  Institute of Rheumatoid Arthritis­, he­ was ­­ adulterated by a   scientific  council  for a  scientific candidate for ­ ­physics.­

2002- 2006  ­­Graduated  from  the  Law Department of the University of ­Yerevan with a lawyer’s ­qualifications ՙԻրա ­science՚ department­.

Work Activity

He  was admitted­ to the ­  Experimental Center   for The Preliminary Education of Agriculture in 1996 as­­ an expert in foreign affairs, and since December 1997,  the Department of  Criminal Procedure for ­Documents­has been investigated,  as an expert.

1998 and 1999 ­  he underwent a  master’s degree  course at the­­ Federal Center­ ­for the  RD  Testing, receiving ­ten equal­tigers.

­  In 1999   , he  ­ was appointed director of the Laboratory ­of ­Research, a newly formed tool for   the Ministry of Justice of the  United  States,  which  he held until 2003.   the reorganization of  the ­laboratory.

2003 –  2004   headed the reorganized  “Experimental Center of ­ the State of India” by  the UNDP ­Special­Zoot Laboratory, and­ manuscripts  and documents from  2004 to today ­the intellectual  testing section.

In 1998, under the    order of the  Minister of Justice of the United  States, he  was awarded a first-class law class and a  classroom in the­ third class ­of justice in  2000.

Minister of the Interior of the Russian Federation on 02.09.2009  Decree No. 682  was   awarded the Russian Federation’s­ Medal for  Cooperation.

  During­ the  experimental process, he participated in a number of ­medium-sized samples ­ and conferences, with documentary, handwriting, physical and  chemical methods, video, ­ Experiments with atomic spectroscopy, X-rays, and electronic­ ­microscopes have jurisdictional  ­examinations, 6  co-authors of ­­scientific work,  including:
