Since August 2020, he   has been head of the Road  Traffic Accidents Investigation Division of the State Non-Commercial   Organization, the  Experimental Center of the  Republic  of Myanmar.

    Co-author of the Methodological Examination of   the Family’s Automobile Systems and  Aggressors, Moscow, 1990.

He was awarded   the Medal for Cooperation, RD NGO, 2012.

He’s married and has two children.

Automotive Testing

Research Objects

  • Transportation (TM) (except for rail, air and water transport), transportation and semiconductors, TM details, nodes, aggressors,
  • the site of a road accident, the traces left at the scene of the accident, Criminal proceedings materials that do not require judicial evaluation (records of wild examination of road traffic, transportation examination, and other objective evidence, and investigative testing).

The Problems of Research

Research into the Circumstances of TRIPS

  • the speed and directions of the TM movement,
  • the decision of the forces affecting the conflicted TM,
  • TM brake and stopping routes, as well as stop time,
  • the determination of the distance between TM, pedestrians and other objects at the time the conducting body proposed,
  • by blocking or bypassing the technical possibility of prevention of TRIPs at the moments of the conducting body,
  • the determination of the mutual positions of TMs at different times of the TRIPS,

  • the decision to cause traffic hazards if it requires specialized professional knowledge analysis,
