Employees of the “Expertise Centre of the Republic of Armenia” SNCO of the Ministry of Justice participated in the lecture-discussion on the implementation of the new Criminal Procedure Code.

Speaker invited to hold the discussion, lecturer at the Chair of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at Yerevan State University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Vahe Yengibaryan presented to the participants of the meeting the concept of “expert”, the scope of changes to the rights and duties of the expert, provided for by the new Criminal Procedure Code entering into force on 1 July 2022, within the context of comparison with the current Criminal Procedure Code.

In the second part of the meeting, a question and answer took place, the experts raised professional questions to which exhaustive answers and clarifications were given.
