On behalf of the SNCO “Expert Center of the Republic of Armenia” and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on Constitution Day.

The historical significance and importance of the Constitution is invaluable for every State and people.

With this awareness, after the declaration of independence, the process of drafting the Constitution of our country was initiated, and already in 1995, as a result of a national referendum, an important document was adopted based on the fundamental principles and national goals of the Armenian statehood enshrined in the Declaration of Independence of Armenia.

I am sure that the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia will continue to be the main guarantee of the country’s progress and the strengthening of independent statehood.
