On 30 June, the 2nd meeting of the experts of the “Expertise Centre of the Republic of Armenia” SNCO of the Ministry of Justice with lecturer at the Chair of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at Yerevan State University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Vahe Yengibaryan took place. Within the scope of the meeting, Vahe Yengibaryan held the continuation of the previous lecture-discussion with the experts of the Centre.<\/p>\n

Within the context of the concept of “expert”, the scope of changes to the rights and duties of the expert, provided for by the new Criminal Procedure Code entering into force on 1 July 2022, in comparison with the current Criminal Procedure Code, clarifications, exhaustive explanations were given to the sectoral questions of the experts of the Centre.<\/p>\n

Taking into account the great interest and ongoing activeness of the experts during the lecture-discussion, lecturer at the Chair of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Vahe Yengibaryan expressed great willingness to participate in professional discussions in future as
