In 2012\u00a0 , he earned the\u00a0 qualifications of\u00a0 the\u00a0 State\u00a0 Committee of Agriculture and Agri-Food Assignments for Cartographer,\u00a0 Geodeticist,\u00a0 And\u00a0\u00a0 Registrar\u00a0 .<\/p>\n

In 2016, he earned the qualifications of the Judicial Expert of the\u00a0 National Academy\u00a0 of Sciences.<\/p>\n
