From 1980 to 1990\u00a0\u00a0 Learned by N. Graduated from K. Krupsaka\u00a0 Secondary\u00a0 School with a medal.<\/p>\n

From 1990 \u00ad to 1995\u00a0 ,\u00a0 he studied\u00ad\u00a0 physics at the\u00a0\u00a0 University of Yerevan\u00ad with a red diploma with a \u00a0physical qualification.<\/p>\n

1995- 1998\u00a0 graduated\u00a0 \u00ad\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 from the Department of Physics of EPA\u00a0 \u00ad. The original part of the\u00a0 project was\u00a0 held in\u00ad a joint institution of\u00a0 nuclear research \u00adin Rd Dubna\u00ad\u00a0 and the final part of the\u00a0 \u00ad institute of\u00a0 physics \u00adin Yerevan,\u00a0 Armenia, in 1999, \u00ad from the\u00a0 sidelines of the Armenian High \u00adQuality Commission \u00adto the\u00a0 National Academy of\u00a0 Sciences \u00ad\u00a0 As part of \u00ad\u00a0 the\u00a0 Institute of Rheumatoid Arthritis\u00ad, he\u00ad was \u00ad\u00ad adulterated by a\u00a0\u00a0 scientific\u00a0 council\u00a0 for a\u00a0 scientific candidate for \u00ad \u00adphysics.\u00ad<\/p>\n

2002- 2006\u00a0 \u00ad\u00adGraduated\u00a0 from\u00a0 the\u00a0 Law Department of the University of \u00adYerevan with a lawyer’s \u00adqualifications \u0559\u053b\u0580\u0561 \u00adscience\u055a department\u00ad.<\/p>\n

Work Activity<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

He\u00a0 was admitted\u00ad to the \u00ad\u00a0 Experimental Center\u00a0\u00a0 for The Preliminary Education of Agriculture in 1996 as\u00ad\u00ad an expert in foreign affairs, and since December 1997,\u00a0 the Department of\u00a0 Criminal Procedure for \u00adDocuments\u00adhas been investigated,\u00a0 as an expert.<\/p>\n

1998 and 1999 \u00ad\u00a0 he underwent a\u00a0 master’s degree\u00a0 course at the\u00ad\u00ad Federal Center\u00ad \u00adfor the\u00a0 RD\u00a0 Testing, receiving \u00adten equal\u00adtigers.<\/p>\n

\u00ad\u00a0 In 1999\u00a0\u00a0 , he\u00a0 \u00ad was appointed director of the Laboratory \u00adof \u00adResearch, a newly formed tool for\u00a0\u00a0 the Ministry of Justice of the\u00a0 United\u00a0 States,\u00a0 which\u00a0 he held until 2003.\u00a0\u00a0 the reorganization of\u00a0 the \u00adlaboratory.<\/p>\n

2003 –\u00a0 2004\u00a0\u00a0 headed the reorganized\u00a0 “Experimental Center of \u00ad the State of India” by\u00a0 the UNDP \u00adSpecial\u00adZoot Laboratory, and\u00ad manuscripts\u00a0 and documents from\u00a0 2004 to today \u00adthe intellectual\u00a0 testing section.<\/p>\n

In 1998, under the\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 order of the\u00a0 Minister of Justice of the United\u00a0 States, he\u00a0 was awarded a first-class law class and a\u00a0 classroom in the\u00ad third class \u00adof justice in\u00a0 2000.<\/p>\n

Minister of the Interior of the Russian Federation on 02.09.2009 <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Decree No. 682\u00a0 was\u00a0\u00a0 awarded<\/em><\/strong> the Russian Federation’s\u00ad Medal<\/em><\/strong> for \u00a0Cooperation.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
