The National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, a partner of the SNCO “Expert Center of the Republic of Armenia”, solemnly presented graduation certificates to graduates of the 2021-2022 academic year. RA Deputy Prime Minister Hambartsum Matevosyan, ONCS Minister Vahram Dumanyan, NUUA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan, ministers and other statesmen welcomed the participants at the ceremony. The ceremony was also attended by the Director of the Expert Center David Ghoulyan and Deputy Director Hayk Karapetyan.
