Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection Lilit
Kirakosyan and member of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and
Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly Arusyak Manavazyan paid a working visit
to the Expert Center of the Ministry of Justice. Accompanied by Director of the Expert
Center David Gulyan, Deputy Directors Hayk Karapetyan and Samvel Yeghiazaryan,
the Deputies toured the Expert Center and got acquainted with the Center’s activities,
as well as the departments and laboratories conducting expert examinations. The
Deputies were particularly interested in the lie detector. David Gulyan presented to
the Deputies the new devices and equipment of the Expert Center that were acquired
with the support of the Government, the new types of expert examinations being
conducted by the Expert Center, the laboratory devices and their capacities, as well
as the reforms made in the Expert Center, the achievements made in the past year,
the future plans and the tasks to be accomplished. After the tour, a number of
important sector-specific issues were discussed. The Deputies of the National
Assembly highly assessed the outcomes of the visit to the "Expert Center" and
expressed certainty that the collaboration will be fruitful.
